So, I regret buying the WXGA screen, and would like some more resolution, and there are quite a few 15.4" WUXGA and WSXGA screens on eBay for Dell laptops.

So if I were to buy one of these and take mine apart, would it be possible to plug the new screen into the inverter plug of the 1520 and have it work?
