11 bucks was cheap but I expect it to work!

I reseated it just a few minutes ago, ran the installer and it tells me to press Fn+F2 to turn it on or turn on the radio (My wireless is already on...)

    Still not working :(

That's the installer I got and it's the right one...

But I guess my problem is that my laptop isn't detecting it...I just disconnected it and reconnected it (opening it up, etc.), but didn't work D:

Edit: I DO have quickset installed. Fn+F3 works fine etc.

Locate this driver patch R159805 on Dell site.
It fix issues of no radio on and hardware detection
    Read me notes

I got it to work perfectly in XP Pro using the Anycom driver right now, but I am still having problem in installing the driver in Vista Ultimate. I've tried the inst.exe method and different drivers, but it keeps showing a BCM2045 in device manager that cannot install/update the driver.

It is on for sure. I have 2 hard drives, one with XP Pro installed and one with Vista Ultimate. When I first put in the BT 355, it is running Vista Ultimate. I have previous used a Belkin BT dongle in Vista using BlueSoleil and I am suspecting that is the problem. When I swap in the XP hard drive, the BT 355 works fine and I am using the Anycom driver. That suggests the hardware is okay. Basically I am stuck in Vista that the BT 355 is recognized as BCM2045 under other devices and does not take any Widcomm driver. I have already tried the inst.exe approach and the R159805 patch to turn the BT on but neither way help.
