    I have two problems...What is with my window's toolbar? I think there is an extra bordering line on top of it. I put a red line on a part of the border line. It looks bad and it is not on any of my other pc's.

    Also, my volume is now really loud. I have to turn the volume control in wmp down to almost off and my volume control on the desktop is low too.

    Anyone know how to change this? I never need to extremely loud and it is a pain to always turn them to almost off.

    goto start properties and lock the tool bar

    oh turning off auto hide fixed it.
