    Hello All:

Does anyone know if I can use the Dell Win7 free upgrade offer DVD to clean-install on a non-Dell desktop that is currently running Vista retail version?

If not clean install, can I at least do an in-place upgrade (on the same non-Dell PC)?

    Both are Home Premium SKUs.

    Thanks!

    Best regards,
    - Rajesh

The W7 upgrade is an OEM license that is tied to the laptop originally purchased.
