Bought a 700m with the following specs: pentium M 1.8, 80GB HD, 512MB RAM, DVD+/-RW, and Win XP home.

I don't like all the junkware that's there now such as McAfee and AOL so I was thinking of reinstalling everything again. So my questions are basically,

    1. I have the Win XP Pro Cds from my old PC, can I install it on my 700m without messing up the screen config and all the drivers and stuff?

    2. Do I need to format C:// before I install everything again?

    3. Any other recommendations before doing all this?

    Thanks for your help!
