Just wondering what exactly the Intel Turbo Memory and Intel Matrix untilities/ Drivers are for?

I have a Dell Inspiron 1520 and everytime I go to download the drivers and install them it says that my hardware does not meet the minimum specification.

I'm also having trouble finding complete drivers for my Inspiron 1520. The Dell drivers seem to be a little outdated.

Can anyone point me in the right direction? - Or better still give me a copy of the drivers?

You probably do not have these technologies in your laptop. Turbo Memory is the (mostly) useless Flash memory that is option on 965-based chipsets and the Matrix utilities are for RAID on Intel chipsets that support it.

Thanks for the response. I was just curious and assumed that I must have a need for these drivers after entering my service tag I was presented with them - Obviously not the case.

Nope, dell supplies you with all of the drivers that one could possibly have for that model number. It is not specific to your machine and your configuration.
