Is there an Intel Wifi connection utility for Vista, something similar to what the Dell Wireless Utility does?

I don't really like the lack of Wifi-specific info in Vista's own Wifi connection window.

I see references to Intel Connection configuration utility in the 12.x version, which I have just downloaded and installed for my 4965 card, but I still do not see anything other than the Vista screen.

I did see an Intel utility for showing current connection specifics, but nothing that shows all Wifi networks with more technical info...something like is available for XP...
