I'm not sure if this is the best place to post a problem, but I'm not a member on many computer sites, so here it goes.

I have a Dell Inspiron 9300 and a Dell Latitude X1. As of last night, my 9300 started loading webpages extremely slowly. Both of the laptops use the same wireless router.

The funny thing is, when I test the transfer rate of both laptops, they're the same (~1000kB/s), but the X1 is loading pages twice as fast as the 9300 now is. Both Firefox and IE are slow.

    Any ideas? Thanks.

Check for any strange processes or memory/CPU usage in task manager. It could be many things; a malicious program (like a virus/worm), a plug-in actingup or your Virus guard/firewall.
