    7/22 Total Charges: $1,191.34
    9/05 Total Charges: $1,195.76
Compensations promised: $50 coupon, $75 credit on purchase, and IR remote

Even though the price inflation is small, is it even right to charge me more after I waited 42 days for what I ordered?
And as for the compensations I was promised from Dell, what is the easiest way to get them? Are they waiting for me to call and ask them?

Personal thoughts: I'd never thought Dell would disappoint me to this extent. I'm seriously considering this my last purchase from them ever.

Are you seriously complaining about less than $5 of a difference in price?

    Seriously?

    of course
the point is probably not the $5, but the fact that hey increased the price

suppose, you buy one of those new flatscreens @ $2000, and when it gets delivered, you have to pay an additional $10, would you do that? I wouldn't! Just because that's not the price you bought it for!
