    Is Dell Complete Care Warranty Transferrable?

    Hi there guys,
    I am looking to purchase a used xps 1710 from another board member, it comes with 3 year complete care package (going into the 2nd year). I would like to know 2 things:
    1) How good is the Complete Care package?
    -in terms of them being tighta$$es about fixing your machine
    -in terms of speed of repair/delivery

    2) Is the Complete Care warranty transferrable to me or does it not matter?

    Note that I am in Canada if that makes a difference to policy.

    The warranty does not xfer US to Canada.
