    Hi all,

    I have a Dell I9400 with 1GB (2 * 512 MB 667 Mhz).
My friend has an IBM / Lenovo laptop with 2* 256 MB memory chips.
I want to upgrade my memory to 2Gb.

Is it possible that my memory would work in his laptop?

Here is the memory recommended by Crucial for my laptop:

but I don't know what all the details mean...

How could we find that out?

    thanks for your help

Chances are it will work if his laptop also supports DDR2-667.
