I've just bought a Seagate 7200.2 200GB with SATA-II support. Currently it has a jumper plugged to make it compatible with SATA-I. Is Dell E1505 support SATA-II support this so I can remove the jumper out?

Hmm I do not know but you can check it by testing in SATA II mode first if it works or if not use that jumper to set it to SATA I and check....
