I'd say you have a pretty good amount of cool stuff crammed into a 15" notebook for $1300. That's all default dell prices, correct? If you specced it to how you want, then it shouldn't be a problem, right? ;)

That laptop will be great for almost everything but gaming. You'll be able to play Crysis at lower settings at a low resolution, but hey, you'll have to do that for most laptops out there. Don't expect to run much of anything other than much older games at the standard 1920x1200 resolution though.

Don't feel too bad, gaming at 1920x1200 is hard on ANY video card, even high-end desktop video cards. It's just a high resolution in general. For productivity and such, it's great because you just get to SEE so much!

To get an idea of where your GPU stands up, the 3450, take a look here: http://forum.notebookreview.com/showthread.php?t=302231

It's rated as a mid-range video card, so it will run all new games, maybe/probably not at HIGH settings, but run them and do an alright job nonetheless. Try playing newer games at 1024x768 or 1280x800 at medium type settings and it should do a decent job. Other than that, your laptop is going to flyyyyyy
