    Is it always this easy to get next day shipping for free?

    I've made 4 orders (1 laptop, 3 accessory orders) in the last month and was able to get upgraded shipping at no charge. All I did was get on Dell Chat and told the rep that I need the order right away. They've upgraded the shipping each time with no questions asked. Is this common?

    Dell USA isn't always busy.. but Dell Canada.. yes... i couldn't get in touch with them live everytime i go on dell.ca during business hours. My only choice is to send email and wait for them to reply the next day afternoon :confused:

    doesnt canada NOT have next day shipping? it usually inst THAT hard to get on dell chat in canada (in my experience anyways)
