I've made 4 orders (1 laptop, 3 accessory orders) in the last month and was able to get upgraded shipping at no charge. All I did was get on Dell Chat and told the rep that I need the order right away. They've upgraded the shipping each time with no questions asked. Is this common?

Dell USA isn't always busy.. but Dell Canada.. yes... i couldn't get in touch with them live everytime i go on dell.ca during business hours. My only choice is to send email and wait for them to reply the next day afternoon

doesnt canada NOT have next day shipping? it usually inst THAT hard to get on dell chat in canada (in my experience anyways)
