    Is it possible to "upgrade" an M1330 and add the built-in wireless broadband?

    And if its possible, is it even worth it? Or will the wireless technology increase in a few months so that the built-in option won't be as fast as a next-gen card?

    Users as far as Australia have purchased Dell's Wireless 5520 HSDPA card from eBay U.S. and installed it in the mini-card slot themselves. FYI, there's already a SIM card slot behind in the battery. However, this is using cellular service and there's a newer technology called Wimax that's specualted to be more pervalent than any existing wireless broadband.

    hey does anyone know will it take the older 5505 Dell WWAN card that the XPs M1210 took.

    Have one myself it would be handy if i could transfer it over

    Is the antenna in the card, or the laptop? I am wondering which option (installed min-card or external card) would give stronger reception.
