Hi, I bought my laptop (e1505) about a week and a half ago from the dell outlet and I'm wondering if it is possible to upgrade the warranty on it (I only went for the default one cuase I didnt know if I would like the laptop or not and I heard it wasnt refundable), or if that is something that can only be done at the time of purchase.

    Thanks in advance.

Yes you can. As long as you call them before the 1 year ends.

I bought my complete care add-on about 6 hours before I dumped water all over my new E1505...lol Going to wait a week though before I call Dell. No mater how careful you are, complete care is a must.

how much are they asking for extended warranty.

I was quoted £180 for 2 extra years on a £450 laptop, is that expensive?.

    regards.

    John.
