    Hey,
I wanted to know if someone had any experiences buying refurbished Dells business class laptops from EBAY (maybe there is another online store to buy refurbished laptops?)?
I see very good prices on EBAY but I have some doubts about buying a ref laptop. I can't afford a new one at the moment and I need to buy the laptop outside my country (better in the USA). Also I heard dell's costumer service for business class costumers is good, so if it comes damaged I can get it fixed/replaced without any problems?

    Thank you.

Have you personally purchased a refurbished Dell laptop and had a bad experience? There are a lot of forum members that have purchased refurbished laptops and have had great experiences.

@OP there is nothing wrong with purchasing a refurbished laptop. I think, if you do your due diligence you can get a good deal.

You may want to look at purchasing one through Dell's Outlet (you can also sign up to receive e-mails for special promo code discounts sometimes up to 25% on bus & consumer refurbs). I have personally never purchased a refurbished laptop, but I have a very good friend who has purchased nearly all his laptops from Dell's Outlet and has nearly always had good experiences with them.

If, he has ran into any problems he has contacted Dell CS and returned for replacement, etc.

And, yes Dell's Business side usually provides much better customer service vs. it's Consumer side, TBH.
