I am looking to get an E1505. I can get a 750 $ off 2000 and then apply my 12% Epp, and then another 10% (special i got in the mail).

I do not know whether to buy now, or wait till the end of july.

    1) In your opinion, do you think I could get a better deal at the end of july/ early or mid augest?

    2) Also, do you think at end of july or early or mid august, would there be more options such as offering 667 mhz ram, or faster processer, or better dedicated gpu for the E1505?

I know this is all speculation, but it's worth a try/

That's 990 $! I say go for it. Even if you get say another 10%, 90$ is worth a month worth of play.

Yea, I agree with Prodigy, tomorrow there's always a better deal :). If you go by that, then you might as well forget about buying.

Only wait if there's a major change around the corner, say like the move from single to dual core, or 32 to 64 bit.

basically I ,know the core duo 2 will come out late july early august on papers. Since I just want to core duo, and not the 2, I am wondering if there will be a huge price drop for them in late july or early august so that companies will get rid of them to get space for teh core duo 2.

    thanks for your opinion guys!

Buy it when you need it. If you need it now, buy it now, otherwise, wait until you do.

I don't think the coupons you find here, the ones for Home like the $750 off $2000+, will work with EPP. I tried it and it didn't seem to work, unless there's a way that I'm missing.

From what I have heard, you can apply the EPP with the 750 off.

But doesnt dell always have 750 off 2000? I heard that there was a back to school sale where there was a 750 off 1500? That would be am amazing deal!
