Since I don't see a option for any faster ram options when configuring my laptop on Dell.com I was wondering is this model compatible with 667mhz ram?

It most certainly is. However be aware that if you buy a cheaper Core Duo that only operates at 533 MHz front side bus speed that your memory will also run at this slower rate. Overall though, there is very little difference between 533 and 667 MHz RAm do to the CAS latency difference. You will never notice a difference in day to day operations. Hope this helps.

If the processor has 667mhz fsb in the specs that means that it can handle 667mhz ram correct?
