    Is there a direct link to get replacement media?

    I remember seeing a link to Dell that allowed you order replacement media in case of damage or if it got lost. I have a damaged W7 HP disc that came with my V13. I went to Dell's website and couldn't find a link.

    They also changed the layout of their site where you can't look up your previous orders unless you provide a ST. I understand that, it was easier the other way.
