    yep thats the email address.

    i have a tip for you though-- try calling Dell instead if you want something done quickly.

    i know normal customer service may be closed, but on the weekends, try getting through to XPS gaming...give them a few words about wanting an XPS then also ask them about anything else.

    I give up....

    Dell have cancelled my order 3 times due to mistakes, system issues and what I can only describe as rank incompetence..

    I cannot believe how badly they have dealt with my situation...

    If this is how they deliver service when trying to spend my money, I have grave doubts as to their ability to support me if something goes wrong.

    I will be taking my money elsewhere..
