Ooh! Exciting! I wonder when it will go live?

I'd call up Dell to ask if it it really on the cards....Then cancel and re-order!

on the Australia site, the 8600 is listed on the main spec page. but if you go into the customize page, 8400 is the only option

    Hi guys

Sorry to be a 'wet blanket' on my first post, but unfortunately there is no such thing as a GeForce Go 8600V. Firstly the 'Go' branding has been dropped for all new nVidia mobile cards and replaced by the 'M' suffix (e.g. nVidia Geforce 8600M GT etc.). Secondly, there is no 'V' line-up in the cards, just: 8600, 8600 GS, 8600 GT etc.

This 'card' has been listed on Dell Taiwan's site since the launch of the M1330, but when you click on the 'Details' button, or when you try to order, the only option is the 8400 GS.

Don't get me wrong, I'd love an 8600 option in the M1330, but sadly this is just a typo that appears to have been replicated on some of Dell's websites.

    Kind regards
