On many attempts to call dell support I tend to get the Phillipines support who are not very good and not very flexible, is there some trick to getting US support when calling in about a SB purchase?

Your laptop's serial number and express service code number is hardcoded for your region. So if you are asking if there is a way to call in as if you are from the US, can't do that.

Hmmm... I think I may be calling the wrong number as generally whatever method I call I get in touch with a CSR before they ask for my service tag so they can't route me to US agents... I will have to figure it out as I am sure there was at least one number for which the first prompt was service code and I think that's the time I got a US support agent.
