Hi,
I got my m1530 for about a week now, but im annoyed by the backlight bleeding. Since i have nothing to copare it with and have no idea how bad it is i took some pictures.
(dont mind the freak you see in the reflection)

thats quite bad, I would personally complain about it. however light bleed IS within industry standard (but I dont know how much is classed as "within standard"), and if it was just a small 5mm line of light I would say foget about it (esp if you dont see it in Windows/Linux).
But thats quite a bit! Do you see it when in Wondows/Linux? Or only at bootup? -
complain, and get them to fixy fixy, that's pretty bad.

I already complained. I sent them an email with the problem because it was too late to call them or chat with them.
This was when using a blank screensaver in vista. The viewing angles are bad too. When im looking directly at my screen i can see clearly that the bottom has less contrast than the top.
Is this bad?
