    Is this battery loss normal?

    I have a XPS M1330 with two 9-cell batteries. However, according to RMclock, one of the batteries' full capacity dropped from 86560 to 70540 within three months while the other is still at full capacity. So I would like to know whether this loss percentage is normal or too large. TIA
