I'm probably going to order a i8600 from Dell within the next week or so and I was wondering if you all thought upgrading from a 64MB graphics card to the 128MB graphics card was WORTH THE EXTRA MONEY. I know that if I were a serious PC gamer I should definately go for the higher card... But I don't play that many PC games and I was wondering if I should pass on the 128MB card since its $111 U.S. or more.

So in your opinion, is it worth the extra $111 for the few extra polygons? [?]

If your not gaming a lot I wouldn't bother. Use the money for something else.

I would agree, the 64 MB card is adequate for your needs. You can still play very good games with it.

Just to beat a dead horse, I agree. Unless you're doing anything graphics-intensive (gaming, 3D apps, etc.), it'll just go to waste.

Congrats! Enjoy your new laptop. I think you will like it. You have it souped up very nicely. So far, I've really enjoyed my 8600 and I think you will too.
