I purchased my 1720 last evening and soon after had a verified remote being shipped for free as well. However this morning, I checked my account and noticed that the IREXT Wireless Infrared Remote Extender was being sent to me instead, worth $34. I again contacted Dell Chat and asked that this be changed to the FW331 part number. He gladly added this, but said he could not cancel the previous incorrect order. He asked that I send it back once it arrived. Either way I think I'm getting my part now, BUT now when I log onto my accound at Dell, I see 3 orders: my Inspiron 1720, the Remote Extender for $36.03 and the Phillips Remote for $11.65. If these charges appear, am I actually being charged for these 2 parts?? Any input would be appreciated!
