    It's here, my 2 cents.

Well, it finaly arrived, today at 1pm EST, 1 hour before i took off from work, so i haven't had a chance to play around with it, but now that i am back from work, i have something to day about this system.

    Its Dell Inspiron 9200
Intel Pentium M Dothan Processor (1.8GHz/400MHz FSB/2 MB Cache)
    512MB DDR SDRAM 333MHz 2 DIMMs
60 GB EIDE 5400 RPM Hard Drive
    128MB ATI Mobility Radeon 9700
17 inch UltraSharp Wide Screen WXGA+ Display
Intel Pro 2200 Wireless Card (802.11b/g)
    DVD-ROM Combo Drive
    53Whr Battery

Well, when i powered it on, it took me to the setup screen, bla bla skip that, now needless to say, it was overflowing with grabage like AOL, Net Zero e.t.c.

1st thing i noticed is its feel, its firm, not heavy, the screen is wonderful, big and bright.

The keyboard is too small i think, they coul've brought it back towards the middle a lil' or make it bigger, eaither way, it doesn't bother me. Mouse touchpad feels smooth and is responsive. I haven't had too much expirience with latpops. I owned HP DV1010us before thisone, and i won't even try to compare it.

The most amazing thing about this laptop is its speed. The 1.8M realy lets you know that it's in there, with 512 memory(will upgrade) its a killer speed, i just love it.

Sounds is also excellent, compare to dv1010us, its sick. I sounds clear and a subwoofer located at the bottom of the laptop is being noticed. It doesn't sound as if you are listening it from the headphones when you turn up the volume and take it off your head, it sounds how its suppose to sounds, chrystal clear, comparable to the speakers in my desktop running on audigy 2 zs. I am impresed by the sound.

I Havent had a chance to run any games yet, but knowing how ATI 9700 pro runs, i should be fine running the games i play.

I don't know what else to say about this system, its my 1st :kinda review:

I love it and give it a 9 out of 10.

P.S. Ran a DVD "GLADIATOR", clear as babies ass, great picture.

    Thank you Dell.

    Cheers.
