First of all, please don't flame!!

I have been getting jerked by Dell in regards to a new 9300 I've bought for the past month. The customer service really leaves alot to be desired. I have literally spent atleast 15-17 hours on chat, or on the phone with them. They have sent me wrong items, cancelled the orders for the right items, argued about sending me a replacement (even though I was in the first 21 days) tried to send me a refurb. The list goes on and on. I finally just received a replacement 9300 yesterday (this whole ordeal began the first week of december).

So my question is to anyone who has had an exchange done on thier new system. Has anyone been able to get a replacement system and also keep their original system and gotten away with it? If so, can you shed some light on how you did?

I know that this is morally incorrect, and it may bring me bad karma. Please understand that I'm not a bad person, but this has really left a bad taste in my mouth. BTW, the dell representative refunded me $100 dollars, and when I asked her if that was all she could do for me, she actually laughed at me on the phone!

Any info would be great, I apologize in advance if I offen anyone here. Thanks!

I do not think it is a very common pratice for any computer manufacture to give out free laptops, particularly in the USA. Well, have a go and keep us updated ;)

Most cases you keep your old system until you get your new system. If you don't return it, they will charge you for both systems.

Like SG said, if you keep both computers, you will be charged for both.
