Forgot to order the Genuine Windows® XP Media Center 2005 Edition re-installation CD(10$), I remember some guys in the forum said they got the CD for free after they called Dell, is that true?
Or can I download it in Dell's website and burn it?

    Forgive my poor English...thanks

You can't download it. You have to contact Dell and request it. I requested mine in a Dell Chat and received all the CDs the next day. You can call them too, but I found it easier to use the online feature.

You must contact Dell and request the CD. It is not available for download.

And while you're asking, you might also request the Dell Resource CD [Utiliities and Applications] for your system....

you'll want the windows xp cd, resources, and the powerdvd and sonic recording because those are separate. I got mine for free after purchasing, it just cost me an hour on the phone between getting the wrong departments, which was my fault.
