I used to post some threads about i have a blue screen problem with my system every 3 weeks . After send it back to Dell. Here is the result:
My hard drive does not working properly and they send me back the original system with nothing changed and a new Fujisu 80gb 5.4k hdd.
Also, along with WMC reinstallation disc, MEdia direct disc, SOftware drivers.
I knew there's some problem with my hard drive when i heard the loud clicking noise and laggin while working with hdd. Btw, I gotta reload everything to my new hdd.
Dell did do something to resolve my problem than talk and chat on the line.( i was not satisfy with the way they work before. now i'm kinda cool down).

i would talk to customer care they might give you a coupon since after you got your notebook back from repair their is still problems

what do u mean//?? a coupon for purchase another system? I'd like them to replace my video card to 7900GS.. then i'm completely satisfy. ^_^

a coupon to buy something at dell. Whether it be a video card or usb stick it is up to you
