    This is really lame... This *always* happens to me.

    I have delt with 100 Dell Latitudes, and never a problem. As soon as I order something for myself - problems.

    To top it off, their XPS support sucks. It's nothing like corporate level support, GOLD support gets you with someone in under 2 minutes. I have called twice, as the first time XPS support disconnected me.

    I see you got the LED screen, i just received my 1330 a few days ago. The whites and lighter colors look funny, kinda of fuzzy or like sweat I want to wipe off the screen. Its that that bad just different. Wondering if this is normal. I have a 3yr in home warranty (forced to by the discount package) which i really have no interest in calling dell to use.

    I don't have those issues.. I have a single, large, stuck on pixel (white) on the right side of the screen. Other than that the laptop screen is fine.

    They are coming to my house to replace the screen.

    I am suppose to have on-site, 24/7, nights and weekends support with this thing. We'll see..
