    Just got my exchange dell.. how to send back?

    I just got my replacement laptop.. but I don't know how to send in the old one, they didn't include any papers

    Call em up, or wait a day or two and see if they email you the shipping labels.

    Yeah I had to go through customer service, of course. Apparently they pick it up? No shipping label

    They should send you an empty FedEx box, along with a label sticker. You pack everything up, and then you can either call FedEx to have them pick up the package, or you can drive to the nearest FedEx depot and drop it off for them to send it.

    Or you can keep it and claim that you never received your replacement :p Just kidding.

    From my experience, you always ship the computer back in the replacement box, and there should be a label tucked on the side of the box alongside the packaging slip. Hope all goes well

    Well today someone from UPS came by and dropped off a label.. but then got a call from fedex saying one was on the way from them.
