Just got replacement XPS but no return shipping label? Do I have to wait for my XPS specialist to email it to me or do I pay return shipping fee? (btw I won't pay the return shipping fee)

Mine was on the box it came in, inside of a little plastic case. I just attached it back on and gave it to a DHL certified place.

I'm in the middle of getting a replacement system as well, and the service rep told me that if for some reason they didn't put a return label in the box to contact her and she would get me one. So I would call back the rep who is doing your replacement, because for her to bring that up, it must happen often.

It's not necessary to start a thread, why don't you give Dell a call?
