    Hi guys,

I just purchased a new xps 1530 to replace my HP that was pissing me off. I read somewhere that there was a customer service number or something that I could call to check on my order and they would expedite it for free, is this true? I ordered the highest resolution screen also, what are my odds of getting the grainy effect? I can't wait to get this thing though, it's gonna be my desktop replacement. Thanks for the help guys.

You have to pay extra for the quick shipping and the high rez are the ones that are having most of the issues...I got through unscathed though...you will be impressed...wait till you hook it up to the big screen flatty....

Chances of you getting a grainy screen are much lower than a month or two ago... just think of it that way.
