I see that the blue color that I picked is delaying my order from when I ordered and from what you guys are saying here.

I just want to know if the 21st is for real from what you guys have seen or can I simply change to white or black online and get it sooner? If I can change it online, how do I do it?

    Thanks!

You can't make changes yourself. You'll have to use online chat or call to make any changes.

I ordered mine on 7/23 and the estimated ship date is 8/17.

If you want it speedy, get black. Mine should be arriving tomorrow or Wednesday, while the blues keep getting pushed back.

What color did you order? I changed to Red and the new date is the 16th. Maybe I should do black :)

I changed my color to blue from black and dell had to cancel...re-order my laptop...therefore my new ship date is aug 21st. This all took place last night and it is still in the production stage! When i initially ordered my laptop in black it went from production to boxing stage within an hour yet my new order has been placed for 24hours and still in production..is this normal?

I ordered Flamingo Pink. If you don't mind what color then you would probably get it faster by changing to black.

Yes, it is normal. Mine has been in production for 8 days. Will be there for at least another week. When you cancel and reorder you go to the back of the line again.

If your other was in boxing then it was built and being boxed up to ship. Why would you change then?
