I want to upgrade the ram soon, how easy is it to upgrade the 1330s ram?
Also how is the 128MB NVIDIA perform? I want to play call of duty 4 but I have the T5250 processor with the NVIDIA and stock 1gb ram, how would COD4 run?

Not quite sure how you system will handle COD4. I'm running 2GB ram and a T7300 in my m1330 and the demo ran alright, didn't really blow me away performance wise. IIRC I had the settings on the defaults which were around medium, and it got a little shaky in the more full on parts.

Not sure how much of a difference the chip will make compared to my experiences (1.5Ghz, 2mb cache, 677FSB vs. 2.0Ghz, 4mb cache, 800FSB), but I reckon only having 1GB could make life tough. Given it's a 13" laptop though, at least it's capable!

The manual, or checking dell support online should have some info on RAM upgrades, I recall reading it's not too tough a task. (?)

Upgrading ram yourself saves money and isn't too hard..but I'm a lazy person so I paid dell for my 2gb mem =P

the 8400m gs is actually pretty good for your average gamer, not the hardcore fans
I've seen it run bioshock, crysis, etc. all the good stuff at low detail, and low resolution with great framerates
