When does the *30 days* begin for Customer Satisfaction allowing you to change/return your laptop if you want? When the laptop is shipped or when you process the order?

Can you actually, during that 30 days, change a component of your laptop ie: the screen resolution for example?

Its when it is shipped. You can't change a component, Dell will ship you the same exact laptop config you orginally ordered. If you want to make a change, you'll have to return the laptop and re-order a new one.

Is it that hard to return a laptop and reorder a new one then?
