    now my middle headphone jack is not working! Is this a simple reinstall driver issue! The left is working fine.

    Reinstalling the driver never hurts. I am not familiar with the sound controls for this notebook, but you will probably want to make sure you are in the correct sound mode (stereo, surround...etc). Most multi-channel audio chipsets will change the function of the ports depending on what mode you are in.
