Hello, I'm sure this is around somewhere, but I've searched and can't find it. What is the key combo to press at startup to restore a Dell laptop to the factory settings? I'm having a TON of Vista errors, and want to try reseting everything. I haven't had this many errors on a computer since the days of Windows 98.I have Windows Home Premium Edition, would Vista Business be any better? One of the most common errors I get is "Explorer.exe" must close.
Luckily I haven't been doing any real work when these errors have happened.
Edit** Think I found the key combo, is it still ctrl+F11 upon startup for Vista machines?

I had the same problem. Tweaked around with Vista a little and ended up frying the install. I posted on the Dell community forums and was pointed to this site:

It was very helpful as I had tried to reinstall everything but could only get Vista to do a clean install and not any of the Dell Utilities. This should restore your computer to the way it was out of the box. Let us know if it works! -
