    This light blinks almost all the time.

    Is this normal or a sign of trouble?

    No blinking isn't normal... Not unless you're pressing the scroll lock button over and over again anyways.

    Blink scroll lights? That's the first time I've heard of that. It's not normal. Call Dell and get a replacement. lol. jk.

    I just got off chat with Dell, which had me download touch pad update, so far no blinking.
