I ordered a laptop tonight basically. Oct. 16, 2007
The specs are in my signature.
Anyways my estimated ship date was initially the 23/10/07. It flew through the first two stages and is now at 'In Production' on the website. When I called the status order thing or whatever it told me that the thing is in the 'testing' stage and that (this is what worries me) that the estimated ship date was November 6, 2007! It's supposed to be shipped to New York by the way... and I have the 2 day shipping thing.
My question which one should I follow, the 23/10/07 or 11/06/2007?
Just for reference sake, my FULL spec is...

You follow the latest ship date they give you.

Mine is in boxing stage, but it still has the ship date of 11/05/07. Do you think it will come sooner? Because I know companies like to give far off dates "just in case".

testing and boxing stages are a good sign that you will get your laptop within 5-6 business days.

it came monday!
Kinda worried here...
