I am in the process of cancelling out my 1721 order and purchasing a 1520. What are some of the known problems before I make this purchase?

the known problems that i have heard are the grainy screen (no problem on my 1440x900 screen)... sound interference in the headphone jack(again, no problem here)... and i have a wireless problem but i dont know how many people have it (my computer wont let me access the internet even when plugging the DSL straight into my computer......though it worked perfectly at a friends house...?)
i dont know of any other problems

gbeaar, its your networks problem. Limited access means that your computer is not allowed to access the network. The n card is not broken (i got it in mine)

The only other problem I heard somewhere was a faulty dvd burner, but that was only one case, so it was probably a defect.
Other than that, they also say the 8600M is underclocked

i have heard of grainy screens on each of the resolutions, but i wouldnt worry about it too much... i have seen a couple different 1520s and each of the screens looked great (i havent seen the highest resolution screen though)

I think it is possible that they are getting in newer screens now. I think there is a backorder on LCD screens.
