    Hi,

My son has broken the LCD screen of the laptop with his toy and I would like to know how I can get it repaired using the dell accidental insurnace which I had bought at the time of purchasing the laptop. Will they accept this reason or else should I say some other reason, such that it fell accidently from the table.I can see there is a small crack in the middle of the screen. Can somebody suggest a good reason so that I can get the claim without any problems.
What is the procedure in India for getting the same repaired through insurance.
    Thanks !

I don't see why Dell wouldn't replace it if you have Complete Care... this is exactly the sort of thing Complete Care is supposed to cover. Just call Dell or chat with them; it should be painless.

As stated above, call up Dell or go on Chat to setup service.
