EDIT: Wait, do you have a M1530 or an M1330. You mention 1530 in the subject and 1330 in your question.
    -----

I have not yet tried to load Server 2003 on my M1530, although the thought has crossed my mind. I have however, loaded Windows XP SP3 (SP2 CD and then updated to SP3), Windows Vista Ultimate 64-bit, and then Ubuntu 8.04. XP is no trouble at all, Neither is Vista (whether it be 64-bit or not). Server 2003 I think Drivers could potentially be an issue, but It may work. How about this, I'll let you know this weekend. :) Because I was thinking about it anyway, i'll see how it goes. I have the means of dumping an image of my entire Hard Drive how it is now, so I'll see what happens with 2003 unless someone else responds before Saturday morning. (thats when I'll do it).

What exact config are you looking for? You mention XP and 2003, but then also Vista. If you are going to do it, you should do it in order of oldest to newest OS. XP, 2003, then Vista. XP and Vista would work no problem. What specs does your system have? See my signature for what kind of info i'm talking about.

It was never said... Were you wanting to load 2003 Server 32-bit or 64-bit? I have time to work on this today so I thought i'd ask before I burn the ISO's to disc. I already did a backup of my drive so I can put it back witih XP, Vista 64 Ultimate, and Ubuntu 8.04 x64.

I'm assuming for now that it would be Server 2003 Standard R2 w/SP2 (32-bit), as we know XP SP2 32-bit works... and I think they share alot of the same drivers. Not sure about 64-bit on 2003 just yet so i'll do 32-bit today.
