I hope someone can help me and give me hope. I ordered a i9300 recently. It's still in Preproduction but the grayed out ship date is estimated at March 9th. Please tell me that will adjust once it starts processing through?

I don't want to wait over a month. That would be rediculous!

Well....your best bet is to call Dell and ask them if there is anything that is going to hold up your order. If there is a back-ordered part it could hold up production...sorry to say. If you complain about it you will get some free stuff on top of it. Or they might ask you if you want to change the part. Up to you. I also could be that your verification didn't go through.

Your best bet is try the chat with Dell option. This is the fastest option that I have seen to contact them.

    Good luck. :)

Can you chat at this time of night? It's 9:30 PM where I live.

Maybe I am just not giving the thing long enough to begin processing. I KNOW payment wont be a problem. I only ordered this yesterday.

Yeah, you bought it. you should know about your product. As a past teacher told me, "The consumer is the ruler of the marketplace."

I don't think I can chat with them. My order was made on the small business side. I can't find a chat for that side and the Home and Home Office can't seem to pull my order up. Hmm...
