Is there a site where you can trade in your old laptop for a newer model. I got my laptop a year ago and I want a better one, its one of those basic models, I really did'nt have a choice on what kind to get. It was one of those after Thanksgiving sales from Dell.

Well, you could always use ebay, other online trading posts or just stick an ad in the paper to buy a new notebook. I don't think anyone would want to trade an older notebook for a newer notebook. Companies only do that if you have bought the notebook recently and want the rehash. That's how I got my new MBP.

This may work, but depending on your Dell you may get more for it on eBay.
