I've just purchased an Inspiron 1525 from the Dell Outlet with a T2370 processor. Having upgraded the memory from 1GB to 2GB using 2 1GB PC2-5300 Kingston Valueram sticks I've noticed that they're only running at 533Mhz rather than the 667Mhz I'd expected.

Does this processor only support 533Mhz memory speeds?

Yes, its due to the limitation of the FSB to 533MHz.

It's doing all that I need it for and for a bargain price as well.

Thanks for the info Miner, I didn't realise it was only a 533Mhz FSB.
