    Laptop show blue screen with white text

    My friend has a laptop DELL Inspiron n4030
    Run with Win7 OS.

    After using for a long time, It show a blue screen with white text following :

    And then auto restart with a window caution following :

    [​IMG]

    So, this laptop is damage hardware or OS or software conflict to each other ?
    (although setup OS many time, and various version )

    It maybe time to try a fresh install of Win7.

    If you did any updates to drivers etc - you can try a system restore to an earlier date and see if that helps

    But time to back up any important files right away.
