    I saw it mentioned on this site so I was wondering if the drivers there are special? I used omega drivers for ati, i was wondeirng if laptopvideo2go is liek the spiritual equivalent for nividia cards and what are the benefits

    Simply put, they are nVidia Forceware drivers with a modified inf file to make them install on notebooks. Therefore, somewhat equivalent to omega drivers but I don’t think Laptopvideo2go drivers have any game specific or GPU specific optimizations like Omegas. AFAIK just a moded inf to bypass installer checks.

    it seems like all the drivers aren't compatibe with 8600 gt

    NVIDIA_G84.DEV_0407.1 = "NVIDIA GeForce 8600M GT"

    They do indeed support the 8600 in your 1520 - this is the line out of the modified INF file for the 162.18 drivers. You need to follow their guide on how to install them.
